The Health Benefits of Hide and Seek
Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of summer. To really enjoy the season, make sure you get outside regularly—and play. It can be a game of horseshoes, badminton or even tag or hide and seek. It can be as competitive or as lackadaisical as you like. Playing is good for adults in so many ways—we get exercise…we get rid of stress…and we get happy. Best of all, when you’re thinking about hitting that ball or where you’re going to hide, you forget about everything else for a few minutes.
