Earth Therapy
This summer, make sure you have some direct contact with the earth. Research by electrophysiologists and other medical experts suggest that the earth’s electrical energy may help protect and stabilize the body’s own electrical system, recharging and replenishing. This type of healing is called earthing or grounding. To benefit, walk barefoot or sit in a chair with your feet planted on the ground for at least 30 minutes. Gardening, which involves putting your hands in and out of the earth, is pleasant but does not provide the same benefit. For more information, go to www.Earthing.com.
