Dust Mites Can Make You Tired
They could be anywhere around your home, especially in your bed, pillows and upholstered furniture—and you might not know it. These microscopic eight-legged creatures feed on skin shed by humans. Many people who are prone to dust mite allergies find that as soon as they cover their beds—including mattress, box spring and pillows—with hypoallergenic covers called encasements, they sleep and feel much better. If you have unexplained fatigue, talk to your doctor about whether you might be allergic to dust mites.
