
Today is the longest day of 2012. If you’re in the Northern hemisphere, then you’ve surely noticed that it stays light longer. Around this time of the month, most of the continental US gets between 13 and 16 hours of light a day! Daylight is energizing—and makes us feel good. This month, we have been waking up to it. Long days give us the feeling that we have more time to get things done—and then long, leisurely evenings in which to watch the twilight turn to dark.
